{"id":393323,"date":"2025-11-20T23:33:12","date_gmt":"2025-11-20T23:33:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/393323\/"},"modified":"2025-11-20T23:33:12","modified_gmt":"2025-11-20T23:33:12","slug":"train-collides-with-tractor-trailer-on-tracks-in-medina-county-no-injuries-reported","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/393323\/","title":{"rendered":"Train collides with tractor-trailer on tracks in Medina County, no injuries reported"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SAN ANTONIO &#8211; A train has collided with a tractor-trailer, causing traffic delays between Lacoste and Natalia.<\/p>\n<p>Around 4 p.m. on Thursday, first responders were called to the scene of an accident involving a train and a tractor-trailer at the corner of County Road 5701 and FM 471.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Medina County Fire\/EMS Facebook page, Station 11 was called to the scene of the collision. <\/p>\n<p>Upon arrival, they found a semi-truck with severe damage, as well as the locomotive, which had come to a halt.<\/p>\n<p>No injuries were reported, and both lanes of 471S are open, but use caution in the area. <\/p>\n<p>The crossing itself will be closed for an extended period of time as crews work to clear the vehicles, as well as any other debris.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"SAN ANTONIO &#8211; A train has collided with a tractor-trailer, causing traffic delays between Lacoste and Natalia.
