The precipitation totals were highest in Tarrant and Collin counties, according to the National Weather Service\u2019s Fort Worth office, with over four inches reported at multiple locations near Plano.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Friday is expected to start overcast, with the clouds gradually clearing and making way for sunny conditions by the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The temperature is expected to peak at 75 degrees, still 10 degrees above normal for the third week of November.
