PHOENIX \u2014 An investigation is underway after a crash in Phoenix on Friday morning, according to the city’s police department.<\/p>\n

Police said the crash occurred at 19th Avenue and McDowell Road, involving two vehicles.<\/p>\n

The road is restricted due to the crash, according to officials.<\/p>\n

One person was taken to the hospital as a precaution, police said.<\/p>\n
