Charles Wenzelberg for The New York Post<\/p>\nA\u00a0complaint\u00a0filed against Patriots star Stefon Diggs alleges sexual battery, battery, conspiracy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation.<\/p>\n
Christopher Blake Griffith, an online influencer and stylist who claims Diggs hired him to help promote and design his fashion label, filed the\u00a0claims\u00a0and alleges Diggs drugged and attempted to sexually assault him at Diggs\u2019 Maryland home on May 22, 2023, and then conspired to kill him.<\/p>\n
Griffith originally made the allegations on Instagram in August, and Diggs subsequently filed a libel lawsuit against Griffith, accusing him of concocting a fake story. Griffith filed the counterclaims on Friday in Maryland\u00a0federal court.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cChris Griffith is going to have his say and is looking forward to getting justice for the sexual and physical attacks perpetrated against him,\u201d Griffith\u2019s lawyer, Jake Lebowitz of Posey Lebowitz PLLC, told The Post in a statement.<\/p>\n
In the suit, obtained by The Post, Griffith alleges Diggs \u201cintentionally drugged\u201d him and then \u201cmade unwanted sexual advances toward\u201d Griffith, including \u201cexposing his genitalia\u201d and \u201cattempting to kiss\u201d him \u201con the mouth.\u201d Griffith alleges Diggs \u201csexually battered\u201d him \u201cby grabbing hold\u201d of his shoulder, pulling him closer and kissing his ear with his tongue. Then, Griffith alleges a week later he was attacked by three of Diggs\u2019 \u201cclose associates,\u201d including his brother, Darez.\u00a0<\/p>\n
When he made his original claims on Instagram in August, Griffith said he was \u201cdisgusted\u201d that UGG had hired Diggs to be the face of its campaign.<\/p>\n
He tagged UGG in his post, as well as Sarah Jessica Parker, who posed with Diggs for UGG\u2019s campaign.<\/p>\n
In his libel suit, Diggs claimed he, Griffith and other influencers went to a club after attending a charity basketball game in Washington, D.C., and that everyone went back to Diggs\u2019 home afterwards.<\/p>\n
Diggs then claimed that he then went to his bedroom, and his assistant asked Griffith to leave the home.<\/p>\n

He is seeking damages and attorneys\u2019 fees.<\/p>\n
