He says the way the government is painting it, every person arrested is a violent member of the Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua.<\/p>\n
Castro says authorities used a confidential informant who staked out the food truck area several times and even bought drugs there once as a way to conduct an immigration raid.<\/p>\n
He says of the 140 people arrested, only two have been charged with illegal re-entry.<\/p>\n
Castro has sent a letter to the Trump administration, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations demanding answers related to Sunday’s raid. <\/p>\n
