A 19-year-old died at the scene, a 22-year-old is being treated for serious and possibly life-threatening injuries, and another 19-year-old is now out of danger.<\/p>\n<p>The REM communications department told Radio-Canada the incident occurred after &#8220;an intrusion onto the tracks.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday morning, an emergency response led to the suspension of service between Brossard and Panama stations in both directions, according to the REM. A shuttle service was put in place.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A group of people walking attempted to cross Highway 10 and the REM tracks to reach the other side.
