SAN ANTONIO \u2014 A 19-year-old man is recovering after being shot late Friday night in an incident that police say escalated from a crash and ended in a business parking lot on the city\u2019s east side.<\/p>\n
San Antonio police responded around 11 p.m. after the victim arrived at a local hospital with multiple gunshot wounds. Officers say he was treated and later listed in stable condition.<\/p>\n
SAPD investigators traced the crime scene to the 3700 block of East Commerce Street, where shell casings were found outside a business. According to a witness, the shooting stemmed from a crash that happened at an unknown location. The situation continued to escalate when those involved confronted each other in the parking lot, ultimately leading to gunfire.<\/p>\n
No arrests have been made and police say the investigation is ongoing, with details subject to change as more information develops.<\/p>\n
