Derby<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">BOSTON (Reuters) -Federal \u200bReserve Bank of Boston President \u200cSusan Collins said Saturday that she\u2019s \u200cstill leaning against the U.S. central bank cutting its interest rate target next month as it \u2060faces ongoing risks \u200cto both its inflation and job mandates.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">\u201cI \u200ddo see reasons to be hesitant\u201d about lowering the cost of short-\u200bterm borrowing at the December 9-\u200c10 Federal Open Market Committee meeting. \u201cMy own view is that policy is currently in the kind of mildly restrictive range \u2060after the 50 basis \u200bpoint easing that we \u200bdid in September and October, and that&#8217;s appropriate\u201d\u200d given \u2060the current state of the economy, Collins told reporters at \u2060a conference at her bank.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">(Reporting \u200cby Michael S.
