Nearly 250 underage customers of a Tempe bar were arrested this week on charges that included possession of fake ID\u2019s and intoxication, police said.<\/p>\n
About 57 officers responded to community complaints and went to Tempe Tavern, 1810 E. Apache Blvd., at about 9:45 p.m. Nov. 20. They conducted an investigation that led to 249 arrests of underage patrons, according to a Tempe Police Department release.<\/p>\n
Out of the 249 arrests, 246 were cited\/released, and three were booked into the Tempe City Jail, police said.<\/p>\n
Liquor law violations are under investigation, police said.<\/p>\n
