A man and a woman were pronounced dead at a south Phoenix home, and two other men were taken to the hospital. <\/p>\n

PHOENIX \u2014 Two people are dead and two more are injured after a shooting in south Phoenix, the city’s police department said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Phoenix police responded to a home near Baseline Road and 40th Street in south Phoenix regarding a domestic violence call on Sunday afternoon. The caller told police that “gunshots were being fired from inside of the residence,” police said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

When officers arrived at the scene, they found several people inside the home. A woman and a man were pronounced dead at the scene, and two other men were taken to the hospital. One of the men has non-life-threatening injuries, and the other has life-threatening injuries.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Police did not release any other information regarding what led up to the shooting or any information on the identities of the individuals involved.\u00a0<\/p>\n
