A similar number of deals materialised in AI and real estate tech segments as well.<\/li>\n<li>Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) and Titan Capital were the most active investors this week, backing two startups apiece.<\/li>\n<li>Seed funding continued to remain strong this week, with nine startups at this stage raising $24 Mn. Funding at this stage doubled week-on-week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Startup IPO Updates This Week<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After closing its IPO with a robust 52.95X oversubscription, SaaS major Capillary Technologies <a href=\"https:\/\/inc42.com\/buzz\/capillary-technologies-ipo-issue-oversubscribed-5-1x-on-day-3-so-far\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">made a muted debut on the bourses<\/a> on Friday. While the company\u2019s shares listed at a 3% discount on the BSE from its IPO price, they ended the first trading session up 8.38% at INR 606.9.<\/li>\n<li>After closing its IPO with an oversubscription of 1.8X last week, <a href=\"https:\/\/inc42.com\/buzz\/physicswallah-shares-end-first-trading-session-44-above-issue-price\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PhysicsWallah made a stellar debut on the bourses<\/a> on Tuesday. The stock got listed at INR 143.10 on the BSE, a premium of 31.39% to the issue price of INR 109.<\/li>\n<li>Snapdeal\u2019s parent entity <a href=\"https:\/\/inc42.com\/buzz\/snapdeal-parent-acevector-gets-sebi-nod-for-its-ipo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AceVector Group secured SEBI\u2019s approval<\/a> to go ahead with its INR 500 Cr initial public offering (IPO). The company had pre-filed its DRHP in July.<\/li>\n<li>Ecommerce major Meesho is targeting a listing in the month of December at a <a href=\"https:\/\/inc42.com\/buzz\/meesho-eyes-december-listing-targets-6-bn-ipo-valuation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">valuation of over $6 Bn<\/a> for its IPO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Other Developments Of The Week<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Venture debt firms BlackSoil Capital and Caspian Debt<a href=\"https:\/\/inc42.com\/buzz\/blacksoil-caspian-complete-merger-to-create-an-inr-1900-cr-nbfc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> formally completed their merger<\/a> to create an INR 1,900 Cr venture debt NBFC.<\/li>\n<li>SIDBI Venture Capital announced the first close of the government\u2019s spacetech focussed VC fund, Antariksh Venture Capital Fund (AVCF), at INR 1,005 Cr.
