SEE WHICH STORM WAS THE BUMPIEST<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-v-438398f6=\"\">Pockets of 5-plus-inch rainfall have already occurred across Florida and coastal\u00a0Georgia\u00a0and the Carolinas.
