Socialist NYC mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani once voiced his \u201clove\u201d for the five leaders of a notorious nonprofit convicted of funneling more than $12 million to the terror group Hamas.<\/p>\n
The former C-list rapper-turned-far-left-pol<\/a>\u00a0praised the heads of the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development \u2013 known as the \u201cHoly Land Five\u201d\u2013 in a shocking 2017 rap track uncovered by the antisemitism-fighting group Canary Mission, and made public in a\u00a0one-minute video segment<\/a>\u00a0released Friday.<\/p>\n \u201cMy love to the Holy Land Five. It\u2019s disgusting and despicable.\u201d<\/p>\n In December 2001 \u2013 three months after 9\/11 \u2014 the feds shut down the Holy Land Foundation, seized its assets and designated it a terror group.\u00a0The group reportedly raised $57 million from its inception in 1992 through 2001 but only reported $36 million to the Internal Revenue Service. In 2000, it raised $13 million, making it the nation\u2019s largest Muslim charity.<\/p>\n \u201cMy love to the Holy Land Five.
