What\u2019s with the name?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">A beefy chain restaurant called Fatburger opened in Dallas\u2019 Preston Hollow Village on Nov. 22, 2025. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">It\u2019s the first Fatburger in Dallas and the eighth in Texas. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2021\/06\/17\/fatburger-is-on-its-way-to-the-allen-premium-outlets-and-its-bringing-jumbo-cheeseburgers-with-it\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/food\/restaurant-news\/2021\/06\/17\/fatburger-is-on-its-way-to-the-allen-premium-outlets-and-its-bringing-jumbo-cheeseburgers-with-it\/\">Fatburger\u2019s first Dallas-Fort Worth store<\/a> opened about five years ago. Then and now, the restaurant sold a big ol\u2019 burger, which its founder Lovie Yancey called a Fatburger. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">\u201cAfter 70 years, it\u2019s still good to be Fat,\u201d touts the company website.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Burgers can be customized by the size of patty, with the option to add \u201cThe Works,\u201d with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise, mustard, pickles and relish. The restaurant also sells a \u201cskinnyburger\u201d without a bun, a chicken sandwich, milkshakes and more.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">At Buffalo\u2019s Express, the most popular options are chicken wings.
