She tells TMZ she left her drink at the hotel bar to smoke, and came back to find it covered with a napkin.<\/p>\n

ROSEMONT, Ill. (WLS) — Tara Reid, the actress from the “American Pie” films, says she was at a hotel in Rosemont when someone slipped a drug into her drink.<\/p>\n

She tells TMZ she left her drink at the hotel bar to smoke, and came back to find it covered with a napkin.<\/p>\n

Reid says she was unconscious for eight hours.<\/p>\n

She is now urging people always keep an eye on their drink.<\/p>\n

Rosemont police say they got a call for a sick person but have not confirmed any drugging.<\/p>\n

ABC7 has reached out to the DoubleTree for comment, but did not immediately hear back.<\/p>\n
