PHOENIX \u2014 A set of 20 townhomes starting at $850,000 are now available for purchase in midtown Phoenix, according to a Monday press release.<\/p>\n

These four-story units are located near 3rd Street and Thomas Road<\/a> in a gated community.<\/p>\n

The Soleil<\/a> homes range in size from 2,097 to 2,359 square feet and have between two and three bedrooms, 2.5 and three bathrooms, a den space for an office or home gym and one and two-car garages.<\/p>\n

Each unit also has a roof deck and is within a short driving distance of sporting venues Chase Field and Mortgage Matchup Center and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.<\/p>\n

Soleil modeled its architectural design after late 1920s Parisian buildings, which have \u201cgeometric window patterns, horizontal ribbon windows and smooth white stucco walls that sit flush with the glass.\u201d<\/p>\n

These initial townhomes are a part of phase one and those interested in them can go on a tour of the model home at 312 E. Windsor Avenue, with tours being hosted from noon to 4 p.m. on Thursday through Sunday.<\/p>\n

Local residential real estate company The Brokery is handling the sales.<\/p>\n
