Mockingbird Lane. Dubbed DA12, the project is by Redwood, California-based Equinix Inc., which has eight data centers across Dallas-Fort Worth, with most in Dallas proper.<\/p>\n Construction is set to begin in February 2026 and is estimated to finish in October 2027. TDLR filings are often preliminary and details are subject to change but the documents can provide a early glimpse into construction plans.<\/p>\n Another TDLR filing outlined\u00a0an additional $293 million<\/a> to go toward the project. The added cost will focus on fixtures \u2014 like doors, lightings, ceilings, partitions \u2014 of the first and second floors.
