Intocable<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Intocable\u2019s current Antologia Tour 2025 celebrates the Grammy-winning group\u2019s 30-year run as one of undisputed heavy hitters in Tejano and norte\u00f1o music. The Zapata, Texas-based outfit rose to prominence in the late \u201990s with an accordion-driven sound heavy on polka rhythms and cowboy swagger, and the success of its latest album Modus Operandi suggests it still commands a loyal fan base that extends far from its South Texas and the U.S.-Mexico border. $59-$136, 8 p.m., Freeman Coliseum, 3201 E. Fangsgiving Goth Rave<\/strong><\/p>\n

For those looking for a completely different vibe this Thanksgiving Eve, O\u2019Death Cafe is hosting Fangs Giving, a night of darkwave, industrial, EBM, aggrotech and techno by special guest DJs Covencakes, Marcus Campbell and Xander Grim. The space also offers a full bar, coffee and food. Costumes are encouraged, particularly vampires, nuns, priests, angels, demons and fetish attire, according to the venue. Slaid Cleaves has not only managed to carve out his own niche in Austin\u2019s overcrowded sing- er-songwriter scene, he\u2019s established himself as one of the unsung stalwarts of the whole Americana scene. Cleaves isn\u2019t flashy, but he\u2019s done time with all the Austin greats \u2014 and his stripped-down mix of folk, country and earnest lyricism stand on their own. Rolling Stone\u2019s even called him \u201cthe Americana underdog.\u201d\u00a0$10, 8 p.m., Sam\u2019s Burger Joint, 330 E. The Texases<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you\u2019re looking for something fun to do with your family while they\u2019re in town, we recommend taking them honky tonkin\u2019 to the hits. You\u2019re in good hands with the Texases, who specialize in country from the \u201990s on back, meaning there\u2019s a little something for every generation of the family. Also, these boys are walkin\u2019, honkin\u2019 and tonkin\u2019 encyclopedias who play for three hours straight. Gary P. Nunn<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gary P. Nunn is one of the grandaddies of Texas music, although probably too humble to want to hear someone call him that. He\u2019s been defined by his song \u201cLondon Homesick Blues,\u201d which Jerry Jeff Walker made famous. You know, the tune with the famed \u201chome with the armadillo\u201d line that summed up an entire musical era in Austin. Before going country, Nunn played in garage-rock outfit The Sparkles, who recently received a deluxe reissue from famed label Sundazed. This show celebrates Nunn\u2019s 80th birthday, and a special guest is promised, so come ready to help him blow out a lot of candles.\u00a0$20, 8 p.m., John T. The boy-band craze of the late \u201990s just doesn\u2019t want to fade away. While this tour may seem like an early visit from The Ghost of Christmas Past, 98 Degrees doesn\u2019t appear content just to be a nostalgia act. The group continues to evolve, as evidenced by a well-received new album\u00a0Full Circle,\u00a0which features collaborations with songwriters and producers behind Usher, Chappell Roan and Beyonce.\u00a0$48.19-$182.39, 7:30 p.m., Majestic Theatre, 224 E.
