{"id":404862,"date":"2025-11-26T01:30:16","date_gmt":"2025-11-26T01:30:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/404862\/"},"modified":"2025-11-26T01:30:16","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T01:30:16","slug":"homebuilder-sells-west-valley-rental-community-for-over-32-million","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/404862\/","title":{"rendered":"Homebuilder sells West Valley rental community for over $32 million"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PHOENIX \u2014 A rental community in Surprise has been sold by a national homebuilder for over $32 million.<\/p>\n<p>Yardly Paradisi, a 193-home community located near <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/search\/Yardly+Paradisi\/@33.5931854,-112.4294379,2234m\/data=!3m1!1e3?entry=ttu&amp;g_ep=EgoyMDI1MTEyMy4xIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cactus Road and Cotton Lane<\/a>, was sold by homebuilder company Taylor Morrison to Christopher Todd Capital for $32.76 million last week, according to a news release.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the sale, Yardly Paradisi will be rebranded to Christopher Todd Communities Paradisi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to add Paradisi to the Christopher Todd Capital portfolio,\u201d CEO and Founder of Christopher Todd Communities Todd Wood said in the release. \u201cTaylor Morrison is a respected national builder known for its quality and thoughtful design \u2014 this community exemplifies those traits and aligns perfectly with our brand\u2019s promise of quality, comfort and connection.
