Isolated and scattered rain showers are possible Wednesday afternoon with more rain expected after 8 p.m. Wednesday night. The highest chances for rain are on Cape Cod. <\/p>\n
Temperatures will be well above average in the upper 50s near 60. <\/p>\n
Although Massachusetts residents will wake up to mostly clear skies on Thanksgiving, the warm temperatures will be gone. <\/p>\n
\u201cThe holiday kicks off with plenty of sun, but don\u2019t let it fool you: it will be much colder than Wednesday,\u201d the National Weather Service wrote. <\/p>\n
Highs will struggle to get out of the mid 40s, forecasters predict. <\/p>\n
Up to a foot of snow is expected in parts of New York on Thanksgiving. Some of that snowstorm could also send snow into the Berkshires and other parts of Western and Central Massachusetts, the National Weather Service wrote. <\/p>\n
However, snow accumulation for Massachusetts is expected to be around an inch in the Berkshires and less than that in other areas. <\/p>\n
