Firefighters quickly knocked down the main body of the fire and spent additional time putting out hot spots.<\/p>\n<p>Officials said power lines were down along the side of the home, adding to the hazards for responding crews. No injuries were reported.<\/p>\n<p>The house, which neighbors told investigators had been vacant for more than a year, was considered a total loss.
