Phoenix Mercury fans can now show their support for the team and the community by purchasing the specialty Mercury plate, now available through the Arizona Department of Transportation\u2019s Motor Vehicle Division and benefiting the Phoenix Suns\/Phoenix Mercury Foundation<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Mercury license plate is another way the X-Factor can showcase their Mercury pride while supporting what we\u2019re all about \u2013 giving back to the community,\u201d Phoenix Mercury President Vince Kozar said in a statement. \u201cWe\u2019re excited to see the new Mercury branding out in the community knowing that each license plate is impacting causes we care so much about.\u201d<\/p>\n The new plate is the first-ever Phoenix Mercury-themed license plate. <\/p>\n The design features a black background and white lettering, with the Mercury\u2019s new primary \u201cM\u201d logo on the left side and \u201cPhoenix Mercury\u201d in the modernized \u201cMighty Mercury<\/a>\u201d typeface across the bottom.<\/p>\n Fans in Arizona can purchase the specialty Mercury plate for $25 annually, with $17 from each plate sold supporting the Phoenix Suns\/Phoenix Mercury Foundation.
