SAN ANTONIO \u2014 A San Antonio woman has been arrested for allegedly impersonating her “ex-acquaintance” on TikTok.<\/p>\n
On April 14, affidavits show that an SAPD Human Exploitation Detective-Investigator was tasked to a case involving online impersonation.<\/p>\n
The victim reported that they believed “fictitious” TikTok accounts, using pictures of their face, body and name, were being run by an “ex-acquaintance” of theirs.<\/p>\n
After investigators received emails of the images shared by these accounts on TikTok, a Grand Jury Subpoena granted them access to the account.<\/p>\n
The Sign Up ID to the alleged account was confirmed by the victim, and the suspect’s employer, to be linked to Hediyeh Hashemi’s work email.<\/p>\n
