Trademark Property Co. (Trademark), a mixed-use investor, developer, and operator, today announced the addition of three leaders to its team, including Scott Elrod as Chief Financial Officer, Erick Klafter as Senior Vice President of Property and Asset Management, and Haas Sulheri as Director of Construction. <\/p>\n

As CFO, Elrod brings to Trademark valuable industry experience, including leadership roles at CBRE, USAA, and Clarion Partners. He\u2019s worked extensively with institutional clients and is known for his client-first approach and high-touch, personalized service. At Trademark, Elrod is focused on optimizing property accounting, reporting and leveraging technology to scale the company\u2019s platform.<\/p>\n

Based in Austin, Klafter joins Trademark as SVP of Property and Asset Management, bringing more than 25 years of experience in retail and mixed-use operations. In this role, he oversees asset and property management across several key projects, including Longview Mall and Westbend, working closely with property teams and partners to ensure operational excellence and long-term success. Klafter\u2019s career includes leadership roles at CenterCal Properties and Northwood Retail, where he oversaw major developments such as Fifth + Broadway in Nashville and Domain Northside in Austin, steered decision-making in business development, leasing, redevelopment, marketing, operations, finance and community relations. <\/p>\n

Earlier this year, Trademark announced the addition of Sarah Uren as Vice President of Ancillary Revenue, who previously served as Senior Director of Specialty Leasing at Washington Prime Group. In this role, Uren is spearheading the evolution of Trademark\u2019s temporary and specialty leasing program. Together, Klafter and Uren will help drive the innovative operational and experiential strategies that define Trademark\u2019s properties.<\/p>\n
Additionally, Haas Sulehri joined the team in September as the Director of Construction. With previous experience at Hines and Howard Hughes Holdings, Sulehri understands the perspectives of architects, contractors, developers, and city officials, which allows him to deliver projects that meet the expectations of all stakeholders. Based in Houston, he oversees developments including Market Street \u2013 The Woodlands and La Palmera, in addition to the company\u2019s planned Dunham Pointe and Fulshear developments. Sulehri also focuses on streamlining tenant improvement processes to deliver efficient, high-quality spaces.<\/p>\n
