He is due back on Dec. 11.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">According to the LA County District Attorney&#8217;s Office, during afternoon rush hour traffic on Nov. 22, 2023, Mart\u00ednez had several vehicles block the northbound 110 Freeway near the 9th Street off-ramp. He then began recording a music video while vehicles did donuts around him.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">The incident caused traffic to be backed up for miles.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/snapshot-2025-11-26t185425.556.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-v-0dea8073=\"\"\/>  <\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">&#8220;This was incredibly reckless behavior, all in search of a \u2018viral moment\u2019 on social media,&#8221; said Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\"><strong>SUGGESTED:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">Mart\u00ednez also is charged with vandalizing a bench at the Foltz Criminal Justice Center while in court for an unrelated incident on Oct. 21, 2024.<\/p>\n<p data-v-6fc2855c=\"\">If convicted as charged, he faces a maximum sentence of four years and four months in jail.
