We&#8217;ll update as and when we&#8217;re able to confirm for ourselves.<\/p>\n<p>Samus<br \/>\n<a class=\"scanlines\" title=\"Amiibo Samus\" href=\"https:\/\/images.nintendolife.com\/315f4332b98fc\/amiibo-samus.large.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/amiibo-samus.900x.jpg\" width=\"900\" height=\"511\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Amiibo Samus\"\/><\/a> Image: Nintendo Life<\/p>\n<p>Tapping the MP4 Samus amiibo into the game will unlock two key features.<\/p>\n<p>The first is the ability to listen to background music tracks while riding Vi-O-La in Sol Valley.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, a shield is awarded only once daily to boost Samus&#8217; health by 99 points while also replenishing any health lost in battle. Once it&#8217;s been depleted from enemy attacks, you can&#8217;t use it again until the next day.<\/p>\n<p>Samus &amp; Vi-O-La<br \/>\n<a class=\"scanlines\" title=\"Amiibo Vi-O-La\" href=\"https:\/\/images.nintendolife.com\/7f5e064fff0e9\/amiibo-vi-o-la.large.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/amiibo-vi-o-la.900x.jpg\" width=\"900\" height=\"511\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Amiibo Vi-O-La\"\/><\/a> Image: Nintendo Life<\/p>\n<p>Tap the Samus &amp; Vi-O-La amiibo and you&#8217;ll again unlock two features: the ability to change the colour of Vi-O-La, and a daily perk to Vi-O-La&#8217;s boost regeneration.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll also see the total distance travelled in Vi-O-La upon each scan.<\/p>\n<p>Like Samus&#8217; shield bonus, the boost regeneration can only be activated once per day.<\/p>\n<p>Sylux<br \/>\n<a class=\"scanlines\" title=\"Amiibo Sylux\" href=\"https:\/\/images.nintendolife.com\/dbdd831c659d1\/amiibo-sylux.large.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/amiibo-sylux.900x.jpg\" width=\"900\" height=\"511\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"Amiibo Sylux\"\/><\/a> Image: Nintendo Life<\/p>\n<p>Tapping the Sylux amiibo (available on launch day &#8211; 4th December 2025) will unlock a specific cutscene.<\/p>\n<p>Nintendo states that this cutscene can be viewed without the amiibo, but only once 100% of items and logbook scans have been obtained through gameplay.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll also hear a random line from Sylux every time you tap the amiibo.<\/p>\n<p>Metroid Series amiibo<\/p>\n<p>Previous amiibo from the Metroid series, including Ridley, Metroid, Samus, and E.M.M.I., will apparently play a simple jingle from the game.<\/p>\n<p>Yeah, that&#8217;s it!<\/p>\n<p>Not bad, huh?
