{"id":408979,"date":"2025-11-27T19:21:23","date_gmt":"2025-11-27T19:21:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/408979\/"},"modified":"2025-11-27T19:21:23","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T19:21:23","slug":"philadelphias-thanksgiving-parade-brings-thousands-to-parkway","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/408979\/","title":{"rendered":"Philadelphia\u2019s Thanksgiving Parade brings thousands to parkway"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From Philly and the Pa. suburbs to South Jersey and Delaware, what would you like WHYY News to cover? <a href=\"#Section1\">Let us know!<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/dig.abclocal.go.com\/wpvi\/html\/2025tdp\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">106th 6abc Dunkin\u2019 Thanksgiving Day Parade<\/a> made its annual trip through Philadelphia with plenty of floats, music and sounds.\n<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/6abc.com\/post\/final-preparations-underway-6abc-dunkin-thanksgiving-day-parade\/18212594\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">6abc<\/a>, 14 helium balloons, 1,000 singers and dancers and more than 30 musical performances paraded down the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.\n<\/p>\n<p>America\u2019s oldest Thanksgiving parade served as the gathering point for many families including sisters-in-law Jessica and Robin Price.\n  <\/p>\n<p>For Jessica, this is her first parade since she moved out of the city.
