This summer, children younger than 12 will be able to ride for free on NY Waterway ferries between New Jersey and Manhattan.<\/p>\n
The promotion begins Saturday, July 5, and will continue through Monday, Sept. 1. Up to two children younger than 12 can ride at no cost when accompanied by one, single-paying adult rider, according to NY Waterway officials.<\/p>\n
