Strictly Come Dancing star La Voix said she is “beyond excited” to join the cast of the upcoming UK tour of the Annie musical.<\/p>\n

The Buckinghamshire drag queen will take on the role of Miss Hannigan when the production opens in May 2026 at Wimbledon, before heading to Birmingham, Manchester, Plymouth, and Canterbury.<\/p>\n

She said: “I’m beyond excited to play Miss Hannigan on the new Annie tour next year. <\/p>\n

“She’s loud, she’s chaotic, she’s glamorous in a ‘hasn’t-slept-since-1973’ sort of way \u2014 basically, the role I was born to play.”<\/p>\n

“Brace yourselves, darlings, La Hannigan is here,” she added.<\/p>\n

The role has previously been played Paul O’Grady, Craig Revel Horwood and Miranda Hart.<\/p>\n

The 2026 show will also make stops at venues in cities such as Cardiff, Milton Keynes and Edinburgh.<\/p>\n

Further performances are lined-up to take place in 2027 in destinations such as Norwich, Sheffield and Glasgow.<\/p>\n
