As fans prepare for Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, one star is embracing his new hobby. That\u2019s right, Mauricio Umansky<\/strong> was spotted canoodling with another, much younger woman. I\u2019m sure his estranged wife, Kyle Richards, wasn\u2019t surprised.<\/p>\n

After all, this seems to be a bit of a pattern<\/a> for the Buying Beverly Hills star. Since his separation from Kyle after 27 years of marriage, Mauricio has been linked with a string of younger ladies, including Nikita Kahn and Klaudia K, who is a model. And Mauricio doesn\u2019t seem to be hiding his new dalliances.<\/p>\n

And in May, Mauricio was seen kissing another mystery woman<\/a> on the street. However, recently, he was spotted being friendly with a familiar face. The Daily Mail<\/a> reported that Mauricio and FBoy Island star CJ Franco were seen getting snuggly on the street following a dinner at Craigs in West Hollywood. That is the type of place where paparazzi never hang out. Just kidding!<\/p>\n

While CJ was cuddling with Mauricio, the RHOBH star nuzzled his face against her shoulder after kissing her cheek. She smiled as she tilted her head back. It\u2019s like a rom-com, you guys! Of course, CJ recently split from her former fianc\u00e9, director Len Wiseman.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Mauricio turned to his adult and teen daughters for dating advice. Kyle and Mauricio share three daughters, while Mauricio has always had a close bond with Kyle\u2019s daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, from a previous marriage.<\/p>\n

Apparently, Mauricio isn\u2019t following their advice in this arena. \u201cThe biggest advice that they give from their perspective is: \u2018Dad, we want you to be happy. We want you to enjoy yourself, but be age-appropriate<\/a>,\u201d Mauricio previously explained. \u201cThey want me not to be photographed and be out there, particularly with somebody I\u2019m just on a first date with or something.\u201d Interesting.<\/p>\n

Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/a>\u00a0premieres December 4 at 8\/7c on Bravo, and streams on Peacock the next day.<\/p>\n
