{"id":412054,"date":"2025-11-29T04:02:17","date_gmt":"2025-11-29T04:02:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/412054\/"},"modified":"2025-11-29T04:02:17","modified_gmt":"2025-11-29T04:02:17","slug":"2-story-restaurant-bar-estelle-opens-in-old-town-scottsdale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/412054\/","title":{"rendered":"2-story restaurant\/bar Estelle opens in Old Town Scottsdale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PHOENIX \u2014 Estelle, a two-story Mediterranean and Mexican-inspired restaurant\/bar, opened in Old Town Scottsdale on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The Jocque Concepts <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/estellescottsdale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">creation<\/a>, which is located at 4439 N. Saddlebag Trail, is 5,800 square feet and can serve up to 400 people at a time in its open-air space.<\/p>\n<p>The new restaurant\u2019s menu features Ahi fish tostadas with chipolte aioli and leeks and a Mediterranean platter with skewers, hummus and tzatziki. Signature dishes such as these have been spearheaded by Mexico City native Hector Cruz.<\/p>\n<p>It will be open at 4 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. on weekends, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/ktar.com\/arizona-restaurant-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">restaurant<\/a> will also host a grand opening party on Dec. 20.<\/p>\n<p>With the significant difference in hours of operation, the new joint will offer both \u201cgolden hour\u201d and \u201clunar hour\u201d deals, with $12 signature cocktails, pizzas and small plates including papas bravas and queso fundido.<\/p>\n<p>The extensive drink menu is highlighted by the Sunseeker (tequila-based), the Huguette Spritz with pear and mint and the Casa Blanca with gin.<\/p>\n<p>Co-owner of Jocque Concept Caitlin Jocque said in a release she\u2019s excited that Estelle is in \u201cthe heart of the (Scottsdale) entertainment district.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cArizona is full of beauty and energy, and we wanted to create a place that truly celebrates both \u2014 a destination for sunseekers to unwind in an open-air space with beautiful views of Camelback Mountain,\u201d Jocque said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs Arizona natives, we can\u2019t wait to welcome our community and share Estelle with everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"twitter-follow-button\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/pwmoses11\" data-show-count=\"false\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Follow @pwmoses11<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We want to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px;\">Have a story idea or tip?
