{"id":41253,"date":"2025-07-05T17:12:17","date_gmt":"2025-07-05T17:12:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/41253\/"},"modified":"2025-07-05T17:12:17","modified_gmt":"2025-07-05T17:12:17","slug":"woman-killed-in-overnight-shooting-on-rover-drive-jso-investigating","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/41253\/","title":{"rendered":"Woman killed in overnight shooting on Rover Drive, JSO investigating"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>No description found<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\"><strong>JACKSONVILLE, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 The Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office is investigating a deadly shooting early Saturday morning on the city\u2019s Westside. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">According to JSO, officers responded around 1 a.m. and found an adult woman with a gunshot wound to the upper chest. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Jacksonville Fire and Rescue pronounced her dead at the scene in the 5800 block of Rover Drive..<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">JSO said the shooting occurred during a party where a fight broke out and ended in gunfire.
