The driver got out, confronted him and the two got into a fight.<\/p>\n<p>SAN ANTONIO \u2014 SAPD says a man was robbed of his vehicle early Saturday after a confrontation at a west-side intersection.<\/p>\n<p>The robbery happened around 2:14 a.m. at the intersection of Cupples Road and Highway 90. The 33-year-old victim said he was stopped at the intersection when a dark-colored SUV pulled up behind him. The driver got out, confronted him and the two got into a physical altercation.<\/p>\n<p>The victim told officers the suspect then took out a weapon, got into the victim\u2019s vehicle and drove off.<\/p>\n<p>A witness at the scene told officers the SUV was being driven by a second suspect who followed the stolen vehicle south on Cupples Road, police said.<\/p>\n<p>Officers searched the area but were unable to find either vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>While gathering information, police said the victim began giving statements that contradicted what he initially told officers.<\/p>\n<p>No arrests have been made.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This is a developing situation and KENS 5 will continue to update this article as we learn more.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The victim said he was stopped at an intersection when a dark-colored SUV pulled up behind him.
