Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt had an agreement with\u00a0Chris Pratt\u00a0before she married him.<\/p>\n

Katherine told Fox News Digital that she had an agreement with the Marvel star that if they got married, the\u00a0holiday season<\/a>\u00a0in their home would begin on Nov. 1.<\/p>\n

When asked if she would put her Christmas lights<\/a> up right after Halloween, Katherine said, \u201cYes, it was an agreement that my husband and I had prior to getting married. Christmas lights and Christmas music start November 1st.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued, \u201cAnd my daughter Eloise recently said to me, \u2018Mommy, it goes Halloween and then right into Christmas, right?\u2019 And I said, \u2018Absolutely.\u2019 That\u2019s my child right there. She gets it. So we\u2019re aligned.\u201d<\/p>\n

Katherine, who recently released her newest children\u2019s book,\u00a0\u201cKat and Brandy,\u201d\u00a0explained that she loves Thanksgiving, but you can celebrate that holiday \u201cin the presence of Christmas lights.\u201d<\/p>\n

There are many parts of the holidays that Katherine loves, but being able to see it through her children\u2019s eyes has been very special.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe holiday season, like November 1st, is my time. It\u2019s like my time of the year, it\u2019s my time to thaw from my icicle that I\u2019ve been living in and to really emerge as a Christmas queen.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re just a day or two into it and every tradition that we do from putting up our Christmas lights on November 1 to blasting Christmas music to gathering all together as a family, which I\u2019m really grateful and proud that our family makes a priority every single holiday season,\u201d Katherine told Fox News Digital.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlso, just being able to now watch the holidays and see the holidays through children\u2019s eyes is also so special. So I love all the traditions of the holidays, the decorations being a big part of it,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n

Pratt and Katherine married in 2019 and share daughters<\/a>, Lyla and Eloise. They welcomed their son Ford in November 2024. <\/p>\n
