Sunday is shaping up to be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/news\/articles\/nyc-weather-could-holiday-travel-011013770.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:filled with rain;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">filled with rain<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The average high temperature in Central Park on Saturday was below the norm by nearly a full degree at just over 53 degrees. Three of the last five days had actually been above the normal high temperatures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\"><a class=\"link \" href=\"https:\/\/pix11.com\/news\/local-news\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:More Local News;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\"> More Local News <\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Lows overnight in New York City will sit at around 36 degrees.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Snow that accumulated over the Midwest on Saturday will travel east towards New York and turn to rain on Sunday for post-Thanksgiving travelers. Southeast and Southwest winds should be roughly 15 to 25 mph.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Higher elevation areas near Newburgh may see frozen precipitation during the showers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">By 7 p.m., the rain should be cleared out of the area. The next storm comes into play on Tuesday with a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/news\/articles\/coastal-storm-bring-rainy-snowy-163252649.html\" data-ylk=\"slk:mix of rain and snow;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;outcm:mb_qualified_link;_E:mb_qualified_link;ct:story;\" class=\"link  yahoo-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mix of rain and snow<\/a> from a low-pressure system.
