SAN ANTONIO – A suspect is at large after a woman says she was held at knifepoint by a man attempting to drag her into an alleyway. <\/p>\n
Around 4:52 a.m. on Friday, police were called to the corner of Deneice and Lively on the North Side to meet with a woman who had been reportedly attacked by an unknown suspect.<\/p>\n
The victim told police that she was walking home when an unknown male had approached her. She said he pulled out a knife and held it to her throat as he attempted to drag her into a nearby alleyway.<\/p>\n
According to police, she was able to fight the attacker off, sustaining minor injuries, and run home. She was not transported to the hospital.<\/p>\n
