NBC10 was on the scene when a car was lifted out of Cresheim Valley Creek in the Mount Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia on Sunday night. <\/p>\n
First responders had shuttered the area near the intersection of Lincoln and Cresheim Valley Drive and were focusing on an area of a broken guard rail before the car was lifted. <\/p>\n
The man inside the vehicle was pulled from the river and taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition, police said. <\/p>\n
No word on how the crash happened or if any other cars were involved. <\/p>\n
