The comedian, 44, posed on a flight of carpeted stairs in Instagram pics she posted Saturday. Wearing a show-stopping Valentino lace minidress with bows on the hem and black heels, Schumer also included her 6-year-old son, Gene, in the pics.<\/p>\n

\u201cTrying to go to the party but someone won\u2019t go to bed,\u201d she joked<\/a> as Gene appeared to yell behind her.<\/p>\n

Schumer later posted another pic<\/a> of her standing in the dress and used an emoji to cover Gene\u2019s face, who was wearing a yellow shirt and pants.<\/p>\n

The \u201cTrainwreck\u201d star wasn\u2019t wearing her wedding ring in her latest pics amid rumors that she and her husband, chef Chris Fischer, were headed towards divorce<\/a>. But she also hasn\u2019t worn her ring in previous pics she\u2019s shared.<\/p>\n

A source told People<\/a> earlier this month that Schumer and Fischer are \u201cboth committed to the relationship\u201d after tying the knot in February 2018.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re privately working through normal issues that couples in long-term marriages have,\u201d the source said.<\/p>\n

The insider addressed Schumer\u2019s standing with Fischer after a close friend of the comedian claimed to the Daily Mail that the couple was heading toward a split.<\/p>\n

\u201cAmy is 100 percent getting divorced. She got skinny, she is over it,\u201d the friend\u00a0told the outlet,<\/a> referring to Schumer\u2019s recent weight loss.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe deleted Chris from Instagram, then deleted everything else,\u201d the friend pointed out, adding, \u201cShe\u2019s going to file soon, but it\u2019s over. Done.\u201d<\/p>\n

Schumer recently addressed wiping her Instagram account<\/a> of all of her previous pics after some fans accused her of only wanting to show herself after she lost weight from taking Mounjaro.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m proud of how I\u2019ve looked always,\u201d she wrote. \u201cI have been working to be pain free and I finally am. My endometriosis is better. My\u00a0back is healing<\/a>. I no longer\u00a0have Cushing syndrome<\/a>\u00a0so my face went back to normal.\u201d<\/p>\n

Schumer insisted she didn\u2019t purposely \u201cgo on a weight loss journey,\u201d and that her main focus has always been on her health.<\/p>\n
