Multi-instrumentalist and online content creator Anthony Vincent<\/strong>‘s covers of “Jump Around,” “W.A.P.<\/a>“, and “Break Stuff” have certainly gotten some love from Metal Injection. But one would imagine that love from the very own Sir Brian May <\/strong>himself \u2013\u00a0astrophysicist and lead guitarist of Queen<\/strong>, of course \u2013\u00a0feels probably second to none.<\/p>\n

Anthony<\/strong> Vincent<\/strong> posted to Instagram (and his other respective channels) a full-length cover of System<\/strong> Of<\/strong> A<\/strong> Down<\/strong>‘s “Chop Suey” in the style of Queen<\/strong>. And it went down pretty well with Sir Brian May<\/strong>, with him commenting on the video that, “This is a truly fine piece of work \u2014 sincere respects to you, Anthony<\/strong>. What a talent ! Magnificent singing in all your posts, but this one takes the lid off !!! Bri<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

This switch-up in style comes after Anthony<\/strong> Vincent<\/strong> released his most recent LP<\/a>, a collection of covers in the style of Slipknot<\/strong>, earlier this month. Including the aforementioned covers (“Jump Around,” etc.), the release also featured covers of hit pop songs like NSYNC<\/strong>‘s “Bye Bye Bye,” Flo Rida<\/strong>‘s “Low,” and Lil<\/strong> Jon & The East Side Boyz<\/strong>‘s “Get Low.”<\/p>\n
