At its three locations, customers will find Italian staples like house-made tomato sauce, pastas, olive oils and tiramisu. Shop owner Ari Lowenstein bops from shop to shop, stocking shelves and handing out samples. One of the unsung heroes of the store is a carousel of recipes, where nearly every ingredient can be purchased in the shop. Then, Campo Verde will become a new restaurant, and the new owners haven\u2019t announced what kind it will be. (Just a guess, but 365 days of Christmas seems unlikely.)
