Peter Mainguy<\/a>\u00a0joined Partners Real Estate<\/a> as executive managing director of services for the Texas region, the Houston-based brokerage firm announced Monday.<\/p>\n Mainguy had served as CBRE<\/a>\u2019s Houston market leader from 2020 until last week, when CBRE announced that it appointed Russell Hodges<\/a> to replace Mainguy after he stepped down.<\/p>\n At Partners, Mainguy will oversee the growth and management of the firm\u2019s brokerage, property management, valuation and advisory, and project management services throughout Texas. He will also be an equity partner.<\/p>\n \u201cPeter\u2019s appointment is a transformative moment for Partners as we continue to expand our footprint across Texas and further build our brand out at the national level,\u201d Partners CEO Jon Silberman<\/a> said in a statement.\u00a0<\/p>\n Mainguy will work with John O\u2019Neill, who left his role<\/a> as Cushman & Wakefield’s U.S. multifamily capital markets president in December 2023 to lead Partners\u2019 Southeast region.
