Jada Pinkett Smith is being accused of threatening harm to her husband Will Smith\u2019s former close friend for revealing details about her personal life in a bombshell new lawsuit.<\/p>\n

In the lawsuit filed on Nov. 7, Bilaal Salaam \u2014 who refers to himself as Will\u2019s \u201cbest friend for nearly 40 years\u201d \u2014 claims Jada confronted him at Will\u2019s birthday party on Sept. 25, 2021, held at the Regency Calabasas Common.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile in the lobby, Jada Pinkett Smith approached Plaintiff with approximately seven members of her entourage, became verbally aggressive, and threatened Plaintiff by stating that if he continued \u2018telling her personal business,\u2019 he would \u2018end up missing or catch a bullet,\u2019 and demanded he sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) \u2018or else,’\u201d the lawsuit obtained by Page Six claims<\/p>\n

Salaam alleges that an associate of Jada\u2019s then followed him to his car and continued making verbal threats against him.<\/p>\n

In the lawsuit, he claims \u201ca retaliatory campaign\u201d was later launched against him after he refused to help with crisis management following Will slapping Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Salaam claims he refused to perform tasks he \u201cbelieved were illegal, unethical, or morally compromising,\u201d per the docs.<\/p>\n

Salaam is also suing Jada for \u201cintentional infliction of emotional distress\u201d because she denied to TMZ that she had ever seen Will engage in any sexual or intimate behavior with men.<\/p>\n

According to the docs, Salaam claimed Jada said he would \u201cend up missing or catch a bullet\u201d if he continued \u201ctelling her personal business.\u201d Michael Simon<\/p>\n

\u201cThis was a false denial, as Plaintiff had already released a viral video showing Will Smith groping Alfonso Ribeiro (including his penis, nipple, and buttocks) in front of Defendant and her children, who were visibly present,\u201d according to the lawsuit. (Ribeiro has never commented on the claims). <\/p>\n

Salaam claims in the lawsuit that Jada\u2019s \u201cfalse denial\u201d was a deliberate effort to discredit him and imply that his prior statements about Will were \u201cinaccurate, delusional, or fabricated, causing severe public ridicule and loss of credibility.\u201d<\/p>\n

More allegations include that he was threatened by a manager on behalf of Jada to \u201cwork something out\u201d and to \u201cend this feud before you get physically hurt\u201d in regards to a memoir he was planning to release.<\/p>\n

Salaam claims his reputation was destroyed, his health deteriorated, and that he suffered financial loss and emotional trauma as a result of Jada\u2019s alleged \u201cmalicious, intentional, and reckless conduct,\u201d per the lawsuit.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the first time Salaam has made accusations against Will. In November 2023, Will\u2019s rep denied Salaam\u2019s claims<\/a> that he caught Will having sex with actor Duane Martin.<\/p>\n
