A crew of two-to-four armed assailants have undertaken a spree of armed robberies in multiple Chicago neighborhoods in recent days.<\/p>\n
According to Chicago police, at least seven such incidents have been reported in five different neighborhoods, including the West Loop and West town neighborhoods.<\/p>\n
In each of the incidents, a group of two-to-four assailants pull up to a curb in a stolen gray Infiniti Q50. They then get out of the vehicle and approach while brandishing handguns. In several incidents, the suspects asked victims for passcodes to their phones and pistol-whipped the victims.<\/p>\n
The incidents were reported in the following areas:<\/p>\n

1500 block of West Harrison St on July 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM. (Little Italy)<\/p>\n
1200 block of West Carroll Ave on July 4, 2025 at 7:40 AM. (Fulton Market District)<\/p>\n
1100 block of North Paulina St on July 4, 2025 at 8:21 AM. (West Town)<\/p>\n
800 block of West Blackhawk St on July 4, 2025 at 9:14 AM. (Goose Island)<\/p>\n
900 block of West Weed St on July 4, 2025 at 9:26 AM. (Goose Island)<\/p>\n
300 block of North Laflin St on July 4, 2025 at 11:17 AM. (West Loop)<\/p>\n
The suspects are described as males between the ages of 16 and 25, wearing dark colored clothing, hooded sweatshirts and black ski masks.<\/p>\n
