Los Angeles St. at 8:36 a.m. Monday after someone dropped or threw a molotov-cocktail-type device near the front of the building, but it did not ignite, authorities said.<\/p>\n<p>A hazardous materials squad was dispatched to examine the contents of the liquid that was left behind, and there were no injuries, according to a call record.<\/p>\n<p>The man who brought the item to the building, identified by authorities as Jose F.
