Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Fort Worth-based Panther FW Investments served as PHP\u2019s capital partner.<\/p>\n<p>The business park, with suite sizes from 2,500 to 16,000 square feet, is a strategic addition to PHP\u2019s portfolio because of its contiguous location to the firm\u2019s 78,000-square-foot Gateway South asset, said Hunter Harrison, PHP co-managing partner. PHP acquired that two-building industrial park in the second quarter of this year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGateway Business Center\u2019s location by Gateway South at 2900 Gateway Dr. and 6025 Commerce Dr. in Irving allows us to further expand our footprint in this high-performing submarket,\u201d Harrison said in a statement. \u201cThe Gateway Business Center acquisition represents a strategic addition to our growing industrial portfolio. Its proximity to DFW International Airport and strong tenant base makes it a premier asset within one of the country\u2019s most dynamic logistics corridors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, PHP acquired the 30,000-square-foot Wye Drive San Antonio property at 10927 Wye Dr. in northeast San Antonio in the first quarter.
