Rosemont police claim they have found no video evidence in their ongoing investigation to back Tara Reid\u2019s claims of being drugged<\/a> during her November visit to a Chicago hotel bar. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhile video surveillance showed Tara Reid at the hotel bar, at no time did video show anyone tampering with or adding something to her drink,\u201d the Rosemont Public Safety Department said in a statement Wednesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe can confirm that a bartender covered her drink when she left the bar which is standard practice for bartenders to do.\u201d<\/p>\n

The police, however, are still waiting to receive the \u201cAmerican Pie\u201d star\u2019s hospital records.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt no time did video show anyone tampering with or adding something to her drink,\u201d reads the statement from police. <\/p>\n

The department cannot \u201cconfirm at this time if or what specific chemical testing the hospital may have conducted.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are working with Tara Reid to receive those records which she has also not received. Pending those results or further information coming forward, our detectives will follow up on those leads accordingly.\u201d <\/p>\n

The message closed, saying that authorities have found \u201cno criminal act that has been committed\u201d and that they are not currently investigating anyone.<\/p>\n

Following the initial investigation results, Reid doubled down on her claims she was drugged Wednesday, telling Page Six in a statement, \u201cBottom line is no one ends up in the hospital incapacitated for over 8 hours after a drink. Last thing I remember is having one drink and waking up in the hospital the next day without remembering anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added that it was the \u201cscariest feeling I have ever felt.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI felt so helpless. This has been a horrifying experience for me that is severely affecting my mental health. I cannot sleep over this it\u2019s a very scary feeling not knowing what happened to me. I believe I was drugged. Something happened to me,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Reid came forward with claims of being drugged while grabbing a drink at a Chicago hotel bar after she was seen being carried out on a stretcher. TMZ<\/p>\n

Reid, 50, who has a history of issues with substance abuse<\/a>, came forward with claims that she was drugged during her Chicago visit on Nov. 24 after she was captured on video being transported out of the hotel via stretcher on Sunday morning. <\/p>\n

In a clip obtained by TMZ, the \u201cBig Lebowski\u201d actress appeared to be nearly unconscious as she was helped by a group of people into a wheelchair.<\/p>\n

At the time, a rep for the actress told Page Six that Reid had filed a police report after the incident and was \u201ccooperating fully with the investigation.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cTara is recovering and asks for privacy during this traumatic time,\u201d the rep continued. \u201cShe also urges everyone to be careful, watch your drinks and never leave them unattended, as this can happen to anyone. She will not be making further comments at this stage.\u201d<\/p>\n
