CLAY COUNTY, Fla. <\/strong> \u2013 The Clay County Sheriff\u2019s Office forced hundreds of juveniles to leave the Orange Park Mall after causing disruptions. <\/p>\n

The sheriff\u2019s office is telling parents to pick up their children immediately from the mall. <\/p>\n

During the day, the Clay County Sheriff\u2019s Office had dozens of cars lining the lot waiting for parents to pick their kids up. <\/p>\n

They told the children to move over by the At Home store. <\/p>\n

A bystander said there were fights, but the sheriff\u2019s office said there were not such confrontations. <\/p>\n

News4Jax reached out to the sheriff\u2019s office which said: <\/p>\n

\u201cThere was a large number of juveniles causing a disruption at the Orange Park Mall. CCSO responded and organized to have parents come pick them up.\u201d<\/p>\n

Officials said no arrests have been made. <\/p>\n

The Clay County Sheriff\u2019s Office posted on social media today about a potential gathering saying \u201cThe holiday weekend is still going strong and we are out to help you enjoy it safely!\u201d<\/p>\n

In 2021, fights broke out at the mall carnival.<\/p>\n

While in 2022, the sheriff\u2019s office cleared the mall for juvenile disturbances.<\/p>\n

Last year deputies investigated fights at the mall and a nearby shooting. <\/p>\n
