McKenzie<\/a>, 31, covered Journey\u2019s \u201cDon\u2019t Stop Believin\u2019\u201d on Monday\u2019s episode of the NBC reality series<\/a>, stunning the celebrity coaches with her performance during the Playoffs. <\/p>\n The singer, a Birmingham native who lives in Huntsville, has been blazing a path to the finale since her first appearance on the show, when she inspired all four celebs to turn their chairs during her Blind Audition<\/a>.<\/p>\n Her Playoffs performance was next-level, however, according to McKenzie\u2019s coach, Michael Buble. <\/p>\n \u201cJazz reminds me of the greatest singers who ever lived, from Streisand to Franklin to Celine,\u201d Buble said. \u201cI mean, she\u2019s up there. What I\u2019m looking for isn\u2019t the voice as much. I know that they can sing. It\u2019s the ability to know that in their moment, can they step into the ring and land a knockout punch.\u201d <\/p>\n That\u2019s why Buble chose McKenzie to represent his team in the finals on Dec. 15, as the top six singers perform for the season title. <\/p>\n Other celebs on the show had effusive praise for McKenzie during the Playoffs, as well. <\/p>\n Niall Horan<\/a> was so wowed by McKenzie\u2019s fiery rendition, he stood up at the end of her performance and said, \u201cGet a fire extinguisher!\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s zero that you can\u2019t do,\u201d Horan said. \u201cYou are a ridiculous singer. You\u2019re on a different planet. If you don\u2019t put her in the finals, our friendship of 25 years is over.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIncredible,\u201d Reba McEntire<\/a> chimed in. And Snoop Dogg<\/a> could be seen giving McKenzie a congratulatory hug. <\/p>\n McKenzie\u2019s performance in the Playoffs was so dynamic, it was featured in a sneak-peek video on \u201cThe Voice\u201d Instagram account before the episode aired. (The clip also was leaked on YouTube<\/a>.)<\/p>\n \u201cJazz is technically, and without a doubt, the best vocalist I\u2019ve ever heard on this show,\u201d Buble said. \u201cFrom the first moment I heard her, it\u2019s effortless, man. Jazz is my bold breakout diva.\u201d <\/p>\n McKenzie, who performs at Alabama events such as the Panoply Arts Festival<\/a>, also has a day job at a telecommunications company. During rehearsals for the Playoffs, she said appearing on \u201cThe Voice\u201d is a huge break for her career.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m so full of gratitude. I\u2019m beyond thankful,\u201d McKenzie said. \u201cBack home, I was working 9 to 5, and now here we are!
