When she appeared on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/a707332\/louise-redknapp-tequila\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/a707332\/louise-redknapp-tequila\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"WH&#039;s May 2017\" data-node-id=\"4.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\">WH&#8217;s May 2017<\/a> cover, she let us in on her routine: &#8216;I&#8217;ll work out three times a week, whether that\u2019s with a trainer in my garden with friends, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/workouts\/a707801\/hiit-workout-at-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/workouts\/a707801\/hiit-workout-at-home\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"HIIT\" data-node-id=\"4.3\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\">HIIT<\/a> session, or a Pilates class \u2013 I\u2019ve been doing that for 10 years.&#8217; Exercising with others is a must. &#8216;Training for me is very social.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"6\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">Her PT Bradley Simmonds provided a closer look at some of her more demanding workouts. &#8216;She likes high-intensity sessions such as boxing, quick circuits. She doesn&#8217;t necessarily like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a706202\/strength-training-for-beginners\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a706202\/strength-training-for-beginners\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"strength training\" data-node-id=\"6.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\">strength training<\/a> when you are waiting around a lot&#8230;[so a] workout [usually involves] 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off [for] an hour,&#8217; he elaborated to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ok.co.uk\/celebrity-news\/louise-redknapp-workout-bradley-simmonds-25278895\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.ok.co.uk\/celebrity-news\/louise-redknapp-workout-bradley-simmonds-25278895\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"OK!\" data-node-id=\"6.3.0\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\">OK!<\/a> <\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"11\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">&#8216;In the circuits we focus on core, upper- and lower-body and some days we do a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a28755946\/best-dumbbell-exercises\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a28755946\/best-dumbbell-exercises\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"full-body\" data-node-id=\"11.1\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\">full-body<\/a> workout. If we train twice a week we do a full body and if we do three or four times a week then we can change it up and isolate different muscle groups.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"14\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/pilates\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/pilates\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"Pilates\" data-node-id=\"14.0\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\">Pilates<\/a> continues to be one of her main workouts of choice. &#8216;I&#8217;m totally obsessed,&#8217; she told Women&#8217;s Fitness. &#8216;I\u2019m so lucky that one of my best friends is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/a69276138\/exhale-classical-mat-pilates-course\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/a69276138\/exhale-classical-mat-pilates-course\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"Pilates teacher\" data-node-id=\"14.4\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\">Pilates teacher<\/a>, so we have great sessions together as I love exercising in a social environment. It\u2019s a great way to exercise.&#8217; According to Hello!, Louise prefers an equipment-based practice. &#8216;I love Pilates on the tower or on the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a62383728\/reformer-pilates-near-me\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/strength-training\/a62383728\/reformer-pilates-near-me\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\" reformer\" data-node-id=\"14.9\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\"> reformer<\/a>, because it&#8217;s quick and it feels like a proper workout. I just lie there, my legs in straps doing an exercise and [my friend and I are] chatting away, so it&#8217;s lovely.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"16\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">As for another go-to, indoor cycling, she often pairs it with the ultimate guilty pleasure, reality TV. &#8216;I&#8217;ve got got a Peloton at home. I watch Love Island and go for a bike ride in the lounge. If I&#8217;ve got a night in, I get on the Peloton, do a few sit-ups, then I&#8217;m done.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"18\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">Immersed in the music industry, Louise has spent years making sure she&#8217;s always stage ready. &#8216;Obviously, I have always been into dance,&#8217; she said to Women&#8217;s Fitness. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/yoga\/a44368311\/yoga-stretches\/\" target=\"_blank\" data-vars-ga-outbound-link=\"https:\/\/www.womenshealthmag.com\/uk\/fitness\/yoga\/a44368311\/yoga-stretches\/\" data-vars-ga-ux-element=\"Hyperlink\" data-vars-ga-call-to-action=\"Yoga\" data-node-id=\"18.2\" class=\"body-link css-7bauu1 emevuu60\" rel=\"noopener\">Yoga<\/a>, however, isn&#8217;t in her regular rota, Hello! notes. &#8216;I&#8217;d love to do yoga but after about three minutes I start thinking about all the other things I should be doing rather than sitting in this position and thinking I haven&#8217;t got time for this today.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"20\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">Her approach to nutrition is sensibly balanced, too. &#8216;I love a green juice, [but] I\u2019m all about moderation,&#8217; she told us. &#8216;I\u2019m the first one to go out and have a cocktail and a tequila shot.
