Joe Manganiello<\/strong><\/a> and fianc\u00e9 Caitlin O\u2019Connor<\/strong> have traded their lives in Los Angeles for somewhere near and dear to their hearts.<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, L.A. has been both of our homes for over 20 years,\u201d O\u2019Connor, 36, said of her and Manganiello, 48, in an interview with People<\/a> published on Thursday, December 4. \u201cI was born in L.A., but raised in Pittsburgh, so we\u2019re both from the same hometown.\u201d<\/p>\n

O\u2019Connor confirmed that she and the Magic Mike actor recently relocated from Los Angeles to the suburbs of Pittsburgh. O\u2019Connor explained that she and Manganiello were excited to be closer to their roots.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s what we really connect on, you know, we share the same upbringing, the same hometown knowledge. And that\u2019s what really connects us as a couple,\u201d she explained. \u201cSo it\u2019s beautiful to be back home together.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tJoe Manganiello and Cailtin O\u2019Connor\u2018s romance shows no signs of slowing down. The pair were first linked after meeting in a hot tub in September 2023 at an \u201cunofficial\u201d post-premiere party for the HBO series, Winning Time, according to People. O\u2019Connor portrays Dyan Cannon in the drama, which follows the professional and personal lives of [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n

O\u2019Connor added that the decision to move was not a \u201csudden\u201d one for the couple.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were thinking about it for a while,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n

The actress also gushed about her and Manganiello\u2019s neighborhood, comparing it to a \u201cpostcard.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve never been in a more beautiful neighborhood in Pittsburgh,\u201d she said. \u201cIt\u2019s just idyllic.\u201d<\/p>\n

O\u2019Connor reflected on how she and Manganiello have adapted to the change and scenery especially during the colder months.<\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, I watched Joe shovel snow in our driveway for two-and-a-half hours yesterday. And it was the hottest thing I\u2019ve ever seen,\u201d she quipped.<\/p>\n

Manganiello and O\u2019Connor connected in September 2023 after meeting at a post-premiere party for her HBO series Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty. Their meeting came two months after Manganiello split from ex-wife Sofia Vergara.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have made the difficult decision to divorce,\u201d Manganiello and Vergara, 52, wrote in a joint statement via Instagram at the time. \u201cAs two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.\u201d<\/p>\n

Us Weekly confirmed Manganiello and Vergara\u2019s divorce was finalized in April 2024.<\/p>\n

Three months after their initial meeting, Manganiello and O\u2019Connor made their official red carpet debut as a couple at the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) gala in December 2023.<\/p>\n

\u201cJoe and Caitlin are both so easygoing that they work really well together,\u201d a source exclusively told Us of the couple\u2019s connection at the time, while adding that O\u2019Connor is not a \u201chigh-maintenance\u201d person. \u201cShe\u2019s not a big drinker or a party girl.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier this year, an additional insider teased to Us that wedding bells could be in Manganiello and O\u2019Connor\u2019s future. The source explained that the twosome are \u201cvery strong together and serious about a future.\u201d<\/p>\n
